I believe that’s everyone’s question now. Considering the phone, I get the feeling he might work for Phillip Dove.
Is more someone conneted to Charlie. That guy do nothing with Sam or Dallas, Brett is in North Pole, Carlos still the new guy and Trevor have is own problems right now. Dove’s balls is in the hands of Sam’s Brother right now, Dove cant do jack shit without Big Bro’s Plans got reveal and right now Dove is very low menace for the plot.
Given his first appearance a few strips back (while Sam/Amy were getting ready for breakfast with Charlie), I think he might be tied into some big surprise or reveal that Sam is preparing.
