Hey Brian, been wondering for a while, and I guess this will be one of the last chances to ask it; I’ve noticed that your characters tend to avoid contractions during dialogue (“We are doing it” instead of “We’re doing it” in this strip, for example). Is that a deliberate choice and if so, what are your reasons/logic for it?
I think it’s something that just happened over time, and I do it without even thinking about it. There is no one reason, so I guess it just an unconscious style choice.
