“Just Foil” ? Probably from the same company that gave us 8 variant covers per issue for a comic book in the ’90’s. But I might buy a whole box of “Ettin Boobs”!
Given the preferences that Brett has expressed in the past, my bet is that Brett would run a pretty classic adventure on a well-known game. D&D, adventurers start at level one, Goblins, Goblins, Orcs, Other. He’s grown since the beginning of Karthun when he bitched at Sam about “not doing the game right” but he’s learned to take risks and adapt to different game styles as a player, not as a game master. I think that when he’ll DM he’ll go back to something familiar and safe, if only for the beginning.
It basically stems from an argument over how many breasts two-headed ettins have, that then got monetized into a CCG. It’s not bad, though the learning curve is a little weird and there’s issues with timing rules.
That said, my current ‘Mighty Jiggling’/’Custom Breastplate’/’Juggernaut Jugs’ combo deck has been doing well in local tourneys.
Every player should have to try to DM at least once. Many of them will be ill-suited for it, but most of those will come away with a greater appreciation for the art. And a few will turn out to be great at being on the Dark Side of the screen, and your regular DM gets to be a player for a change.

I’m thinking of Rolemaster for exactly the same reason.
I want to see him run something the group hasn’t done before (where we can see it).
