I’m getting the feeling that as soon as wish #3 is granted, the Sultan is going to go full ham on anything living nearby, before venturing out for larger-scale destruction and conquering.
T’were me I’d respond with something like “You have done a great thing for me, the people I hold dear, and my world. When we’re done here I want to part amicably and if possible to use my remaining wishes to aid you so that I may do something to show gratitude to one of supreme worth. I will not wish for this because I do not want to compel you so I will simply ask… what do you want, oh Sultan?”
“I wish I won’t have a third wish”? In case of some stab-in-the-back “after the third wish the efreet is free to act on its own accord” or somesuch.
Or maybe “I wish all the dwarven spirits trapped here allowed to pass on to their designated afterlife, should they wish to do so” would be more heroic.
Yeah, if that isn’t the wish, I imagine Annabelle is gonna be pissed. Don’t know if that’s within his power with literal gods involved, but Wish spell can do a lot.

A better wording would be, “I wish you would settle any debts I have to dwayla as long as it does not involve harming me”, since that would allow him freedom to settle the debt in a simple smiting manner on dwayla’s end.
