Rhymes with Crit
Chapter: Season Four
Well, I think we’ve dicked around enough so let’s get to the throw down!
You’ll see what’s currently kicking Vella’s ass. I’m just doing a little teasing, because I am a teasin’ hooker.

With the cuffs on those pants, I want it to be a lumberjack.
It is now.
And it’s OK!
I sleep all night and I work all day
BUMP BUMP BHAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Is that dramatic music? LOL
Clearly, it’s a Cradoom. They’re much to be feared in Karthun. You can tell it’s one of those, because they always shout their names as they attack.
Awesome comic, Brian!
I want to do this so badly now. I won’t but consider this filed away for a rainy day.
Plot Twist – Karthun is the Wolof approximation of “Kanto;” Cradoom is the fully evolved form of Calamouth.
::starts stating out a Cradoom for Pathfinder, DCC::
I remember an Celebrity game where someone split the party and died in a pool of acid. hehe.. that is what it reminds me of.
I thought it was relevant to post a link to this, appropriately named “never split the party” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPxI-r0W6O0
Thank you so much for this, I just shared it with my GM and rogue. 🙂
Panel 4 “And I will”? Didn’t he usually use “we” in the beginning?
Or am I seeing things?
He does indeed. I used “I” in this case to stress that Kal is going after Vella ans her attacker alone but the more I look at it, the more it bugs me. I believe I will fix it. Thanks for the eagle eye.
This just dawned on me, but I think you forgot to make Vella’s speech bubbles gray in the last couple of comics before this one. I apologize in advance if I’m being “that guy.”
You’re not being that guy at all, Sean. I did in fact miss it and I have since corrected it. Thanks for having my back.
No problem. I hope you don’t mind me having your back again when I point out that her speech bubble in the first panel of “The Way Isn’t Shut” isn’t gray either. I did a(n admittedly crappy) webcomic when I was a high school sophomore, so I know firsthand that it can be easy to let special speech bubble colors/patterns slip your mind when you’re focused on everything else.
Honestly, my first thought when I saw this was “Charger is pummeling Vella!”
