Yeah, I think they might be the work of the Dying Tide, he probably recognize the shadow magic or the markings (the ravenous seems to have some kind of writing on the wrapping around their arms).
I’ve always liked Carlos, ever since the Dungeon Run arc. He seems like a really interesting dude, despite some of his social awkwardness.
Plus he makes the coolest characters!!
Wonder why the rat went for a slash instead of a bite if it’s so obsessed with its’ hunger. Wonder why the guard let them into a path that had such things ahead, after all, he covers the entrance, he’d likely know about these things, maybe not in full, but he’d at least be able to warn…
I’m loving Carlos. He’s the kind of player I love having at the table. He examines, he thinks, he sticks to his characters background and motivations. Most of all, he stands by it regardless if could potentially be detrimental to party.
I like Carlos. He is a hell of an RP’er. His characters are always so intense. On another note, I’d like to see Amy play with the main group at least once. She may be my fave character, and she reminds me of Luna Lovegood (I mean, COME ON, the HATS? Totally Luna).

What I see is a similarity between the magic effects in Charlos Characters Eyes and the the Ravenou’s Mouth and Eyes.
Of course this could just be generic evil/troublesome purple.

I think the Ravenous are a distraction, with a controller somewhere. Like how in Riddles Gollum was using the riddles as an excuse to get closer.

Re-read the entire arc trying to see if I could figure out what he sees. Only thing I could come up with are the runes on bands on the Ravenous …

Is it just me, or has Carlos put on weight? I’m seeing some man-boobs and the top of what appears to be a widening middle.
