Mentorship On the Fast Track
Chapter: Season Ten
Burrito bar AND two-for-one dances is nothing to sneeze at.
I know this page is a little talking head, but I am juggling some freelance work and I would rather not miss updates. I reserve the right to go back in later, but for now, the page is up and the story continues.
Doesn’t sound like Larry to dissappear before someone’s done offering him something.
The talking head makes the gag work. Besides, Larry’s got places to be. Those burritos ain’t got eat themselves!
Exactly this.
(And thanks for making time for the Hat!)
Yep. It makes that last gag work – which’d be a lot harder if we didn’t keep the narrow focus on Brett for those few frames.
If you’re setting up for a vanish, talking head is *never* a cop-out.
Funny… Larry doesn’t look much taller standing up than he does sitting down. Never noticed that before 🙂
“I reserve the right to go back in later” is the name of my Mötley Crüe cover band.
The set-up and pay-off works, I didn’t see it coming. I’m also super exited to see where this is going
La Coochie Racha
It’s so bad, it’s perfect.
The lesson here is “Never batman your friends, you miss out on free lapdances.”
That’s the lesson here, right? I was never good at fables.
I would just like to point out that Gordon’s the one who keeps turning his back on the person he’s talking to.
I think the page was great. Don’t undersell your abilities you made it work and got a laugh out of it.
I can’t help but picture Larry at the club but it’s after hours the girls are all dressed comfy and they are the best most cohesive gaming group ever!
Nice to see Brett have a little self-awareness here. And the Batman gag was pretty good. But for an immortal-ish being, Larry seems to be showing a tremendous lack of judgment. The burrito bar at the shaker joint is not a place anyone, even an immortal-ish being, should consider eating at.
What’s that map above the fireplace? I’d guess it’s from a classic module but couldn’t say which one.
