Hope Never Withers – Part Thirty-Six
Chapter: Season Nine
I hope no one minds, but I had the idea for this page and it made my giggle.
In case you missed it, I published the College of Metal over on the Dungeon Master’s Guild. It is a brand new bardic college for 5e Dungeons and Dragons bards that allows you to harness the raw, unbridled power of Metal. Bards in the College of Metal may choose between two disciplines: Thunder and Death, each with their own abilities and perks. If you have been on the fence about bards or just want to take a character in new directions, give it a look.

Reminds me of the Alan Dean Foster Spellsinger series.
The number of men who can carry their own body weight (or even 80% of their own body weight, if the other person is smaller) up a rope is close to zero. The number of women who can do that, no matter the level of training, is MUCH MUCH closer to zero.
I assume some type of magic is involved, yes?
hyaaar….this be where the Orcish bard comes to play….no joke, in my setting, metal was discussed by Grummsh and Amron-Aroke at the behest of Lollth, at first, the orc god mocked it, but when the new half-elf diety – again, being paraded by lollth for the dark seldarine, got a taste of it, and a very odd friendship began. and yes, the orcs have their own take on bagpipes now…..
