Hope Never Withers – Part Fifty
Chapter: Season Nine
Yes. Baba Yaga. I love Baba Yaga. Don’t @ me.
This brings the arc to a close! Thank you all for hanging in there with me while I told this story. I hope you enjoyed it.

“I hope you enjoyed it.”

You might eat, but they’ll be spikey & do hell loads of damage all the way down your the hatch
Like Doritos
Great art and a great storyline! I so wish my group would be willing to play something Cthulhu-esque.
Don’t listen to those complaining about how long a story might run, these are your stories to tell not the readers. Those who aren’t buying merch or dropping something in the Patreon cup are literally sitting down at your fire and listening to the story you tell.
Love your art, and love your stories.
Someone call John Wick!
I most certainly did enjoy this arc, and I look forward to whatever comes next.
While the Mistress is asleep, Chicken-Legs a watch will keep.
When the Mistress wanders off, Chicken-Legs will wander off.
When the Mistress comes again, Chicken-Legs will let her in.
Baba Yaga casts this spell; listen, hut, and hearken well.
Love seeing the hand moving pieces on the board, Brian. Well done.
Whoops…second line should end with “Chicken-Legs will stand aloft.” My memory is going, apparently…
Too late, you messed it up, and now Baba Yaga is standing there with her house keys and doesn’t know where her house went.
“One of Baba Yaga’s huts?” Do they all have chicken legs? I see them all wandering around a huge yard, scratching at the dirt.
That’s why Baba Yaga needs a key fob with remote locking.
All she needs to do is click “lock” and her house lights will blink. Useful if you’ve lost your house in a cookie cutter suburb.
awesome.
Your Baba Yaga is at least superior to the one in Hellboy. Ugh.
This has been great Brian. Thanks so much for another story with the Innsmouth Garden Society!
Apropos of Baba Yaga and her hut(s), just gonna leave this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8W86beHgIY
Although that may not be the most appropriate score for this particular rendition of the character.
