HOVER-TEXT: They’re going to take the campaign to an all new high!
An all time high, perhaps?
A mile high!
First day back and you got a good chuckle out of me. Good job XD
woooohoooo its back happy dance happy dance!!!!!!!! very glad its back and any buttheads that complain should be forced to play merp with a munchkin!
This is one of the best birthday presents I could have gotten today. WELCOME BACK!
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Welcome Back!
yay!
perfect facial expression in 3rd panel.
EVERY GM knows that feeling expressed by Sam there.
That’s the “I, like Queen Victoria, AM NOT AMUSED…”
Welcome back!!! (Says the newbie reader-hehehe)
Yay! not only do we get a comic, but a Stoner joke too! Truly this is a wonderful Friday!
Hooray! I’m so glad you’re back in business!
Re: Sam’s expression.
I sooooooo grok it. I can’t count the number of times I’ve worn the same look.
Fear the DM’s squint! FEAR IT!
Welcome back, it’s been too long.
Looks like Tangent Man has made an appearance at this gaming session.
My friends and I once spent an entire night with Tangent Man and only about 5 minutes of actual story. Sometimes Tangent Man only makes a brief appearance, but that night he decided he had no where better to be, either that or he got off on a tangent himself and forgot to go to his next appointment.
Wait, there’s a single guy for that?
Crap, we’ve been monopolizing him.
Sorry everyone, we’ll try to let him go.
YAY! I’ve missed this comic so much!
Love the squint. I’m going to be DM’ing a campaign soon and I feel like I’m going to be squinting like that a lot with the group I’m DM’ing for.
Sam does not look amused.
YAY! We’re back!
Great to see you’re back and the comic looks awesome!
Sam looks like he’s ready to have the Iron King just snap at them in the last panel…and I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t want the Iron King pissed at me.
Welcome back! May you go at least a year or two before having such major technology issues….
Yay! Welcome back! I swear this is something our gaming group would do. Our GMs just roll with it, so we end up with some funny stuff.
Welcome back, and thanks!
Small doubt: why is Sam’s t-shirt’s neck tented up at his back?
THANK GOD *resumes breathing*
Welcome back Brian, you were missed!
Welcome back!!!
My players know “that” look all to well
Haha. Yeah, I’ve had the player generated “side campaign” happen to me a few times.
YES!!! Ive been waiting for this!! Welcome back!
this campaign now has 150% more death traps.
“I’m not sure why, but the bosses all just got a +5 to hit against you two.”
Good to see you back. I have to say, living in Colorado I knew where panel 2 was going before I finished panel 1. I wasn’t disappointed.
I can get behind this.
Whabam! 30 minutes in and the campaign is already being derailed. LOL this is going to be good.
Wow, from meeting the king to aspiring drug dealers in like 20 minutes. Well done gang, well done.
Talk about restarting on a high note 🙂
Bet Carlos’s character isn’t going to appreciate the tangent any more than Sam.
Welcome back, d20monkey!
Ha ha! I know his pain, I feel his anger.
“Yes! I don’t care that you’re in the middle of a field! Rocks fall, you’re all dead!” Actual game quote.
Freak meteor storm. Perfectly legit, if you ask me.
Worth the wait! 😀
Snoochie Boochies!
That DM face. I know it well. It’s usually followed by harsh encounters with no loot, wiping cities off the map, or reminding them whose turn it is to pay for pizza.
The DM never pays for pizza.
Hurray!! It’s great to be back!!
Also Brian, thanks so much for giving me a call from Denver Comic Con with my dad’s cell phone, lol. It was super nice of you to do that, I was totally geeking out. Plus, I love my new bard t-shirt and alignment abuse poster!
Thanks dude! Keep up the good work!
I have had that look on my face before as a gm. Two sessions later one of the PC’s got gutted by jack the ripper. There was no connection between the two things as it had been something i had planned for a while but they didn’t see it coming and thought it was me saying stop being idiots.
as utterly fraked as Karthun is that a REALLY good question actually
