everytime I see him act like a dick, with the knowledge that he is now Santa Claus, it reminds me of the flashtoon by Apsro “Santa’s Last Stop”.

Well, at least in the middle panel he realizes he done stepped in it deep. The attempt at correction did not help, though.

A fair concern, however Brett and Jeanie do not live together. She has her own place.

I’m having trouble parsing the first half of that line. Is a word missing or something? I’m assuming he’s referring to the TV show “Deadliest Catch”, but I don’t understand why or what he means there.
I think he’s just saying that a new episode of the show is on tonight…perhaps as a reason why she shouldn’t go, or why he shouldn’t accompany her.
I had considered that, but he wasn’t going to go with her anyways, right? And if she’s running it she certainly wouldn’t cancel for that reason, right?
Maybe that’s the joke, but the wording is awkward IMHO.
Brett didn’t just stick his foot in his mouth, he’s kicking himself in the colon while gagging on his calf muscle.

At first I was like “He can’t possibly be that stupid.” Then I checked the previous comics. Turns out:yes. Yes he is. I loved your little break between story arcs Brian, their always funny and always refreshing. But this right here is why I keep coming back. Character development and plot. Can’t wait for the next update!
Personally I’m glad to see Brett is still an ass. I was a little worried when his co-player threatened to out him to his g/f as being an ass but it’s good to see her get the first hand experience.
