I’ll have a full review of the new Gears of War board game from Fantasy Flight Games up soon but in short I’ll say this: It is fantastic. Never have I seen such an accurate (and enjoyable) translation of a video game to a board game. Not only does it capture the feel of the console game but it hits like a damn truck. I love it. If you’re not working together, the game is going to rip you in half.
