Dungeon Run: FBB’s
Chapter: Comics, Season Five
That’s right, only 7 runners made it to the start of Zone 2. By Dungeon Run rules, all players who make it to the entrance of Zone 2 are re-sorted into groups, given a little boost, and  sent into the new area to run again. It shakes up the dynamic a little and helps keep runners alive (HAH!) until the final zone.
Hover-Text: You are my Flanking Bonus Bestie is probably the nicest thing you can say to a person. Ever.
Flanking Buddy Bestie: New T-Shirt?
Oh hell yes.
Group two will be interesting to see their interactions… Why isn’t it Friday yet?!?!
I can see no downside to playing competitive Dungeons and Dragons while drunk!
so how do you make a d20tini?
Instead of ice in the shaker, you use frozen metal d20s, poor out your tini, roll said dice and that’s how long you have to drink it and make another one (in minutes).
Note: you don’t have to wait that long, it’s just fun when someone rolls something like 5.
Not sure, but I think Mountain Dew should be involved.
Also, would like to state that I was having a very bad day before seeing this comic. I gave me purpose for the day o 3o
I logged into SecondLife and made the D20-tini. Instead of an olive on the toothpick, it’s a D20 😛 And then I used the dice prims I had and made clickable, self rolling rp dice.
My Pathfinder group loves them XD
So, crit-a-licious & Philip k douche are grouped together. Nothing good shall come from this.
We’ll either get chaos from two who are so Hell bent on winning they’ll destroy all around them, an unholy union of them working together (HA!) to further their own goals (winning) or there will be a betrayal, followed by obsession/stalking.
Ah yes, but we also have dallas who probably won’t put up with their bullshit well and so far has seemed capable enough in dealing with douches.
I SHIP IT.
Just sayin’. When it happens, I called it.
Dee20tinis are better than de20tinitis, though both are often enjoyed by old gamers.
Getting shackled to Tamina & Phillip! Woof! Good luck, Amy & Dallas!
I hope Amy and Dallas bring the hurt. And not only on the table but around it.
Are there rules written somewhere for the Dungeon Run? I’m really interested in running it for local conventions.
Not yet but there will be when the arc is finished (for spoiler reasons).
Oh My… Now THERE is a reason to pray for the end of an arc!
Perfect! I’m sure I could have figured something out myself, but why do the work when someone else already has? Looking forward to seeing it.
The drink of champions.
Somehow I don’t see Phillip and Dallas getting along very well.
Phillip doesn’t get along well with anyone. I believe this is the worst/best possible group he could have ended up with.
1) I think Amy will grow to dislike him ( as per previous interactions and Phillip knowing that she and the main GM are dating) despite trying to be nice to him.
2) Dallas will hate him right off the bat (Heck, she’s already made a gaming system and is an excellent gamer)
3) Tamina will see the power and experience in him and pretend to ally with him until she sees fit. When he has outlived his use, she will betray him as best as possible, because (as stated earlier) she’s ‘in it to win it’.
I think Phillip with have varying responses:
1) Knows that Sam and Amy are dating and will not treat her fairly (aside from being a compassionate woman and proud geek girl)
2) May actually respect Dallas to a degree as she has published gaming material, but still see something with the fact that she is a young girl.
3) Will have a similar reaction to Tamina as Tamina to him. Will see that she is ruthless and will do what she needs to to win and make an alliance with her, but would inevitably plan to betray in the end so he can win.
That’s just my opinion, though.
I’m kind of keen to see more about this Carlos fellow, since he’s the only new character, other than Tamina, who has advanced.
