DM: “Ok, so the countdown on the bomb is now reading 30 seconds to detonation, what do you do?”
Player: “Ok, for a free action, I’ll shout “Gaa gaa goo goo!”, then for a minor action, I’ll drool on the bomb, then as a standard action, I rolled 18 to hit it several times with my rattle!” 😀
It’s Trevor, isn’t it? He is going to ask Trevor.
I think I would go to Jeanie with something like this, but Trevor could also work.
I bet it’s Charlie and Sam knows about his secret writing career.
Charlie would be interesting. He’s given Sam some good life advice in the past.
I need that percentage for my table.
On a roll of 100 the infant Baby’s Day Outs the bomb via a convoluted and unlikely series of Goldberg devices.
It’s gonna be amazing no matter which character he’s talking about, and that’s one of the reasons I love this comic.
I feel like Charlie, out of everyone, is likely to be the most relaxed about dating, even though we’ve seen very little of his private life on screen.
I love that he was able to laugh for a moment about Amy. This is a good thing.
Any word on Amy coming back? She’s been away for quite a long break from Sam.
Hey Brian, the first speech bubble is missing the word ‘going’. 🙂
FIXED!
Good to see he’s self-aware of his own skillset when it comes to dating. :3
Same here, Sam. If I ever start dating I’m gonna need someone that doesn’t mind leading…
Sidenote Brian- I adore that Closed Sign for the Den.
Seconded.
Please let it be Jeanie, please it it be Jeanie…
Self-awareness, kind attitudes, and support of his friends in a genuine, human way.
It’s not a big page, but I absolutely love the shit out of these moments, and I think you’re fantastic for them!

Didn’t Charlie say he’s “like a baby trying to disarm a bomb” a while back
