Damn right Higgins can eat a dick. I think I’d go so far as to use my normal phrase for when someone’s really ticking me off. “Eat a big bowl of dicks”. No idea where I got it from, but I generally try to sound like one of the Canadians from South Park when I use it.
Higgins will turn out to be in league with Klaus, who will be released within the next couple comics, leading to the big battle of the arc. The repercussions of the battle will be the removal of the probation and brett will make a return as he has more freedom. Also, higgins will find himself eating dicks.
Maybe not full-on in league, but higgins will discover Brett’s breaking probation, and decide that’s enough to let klaus out since he has a legitimate claim to the mantle.

Higgins can just eat all the dicks. Just have an entire wing of the santa production facility dedicated to crafting dicks for Higgins to consume.

I mean, your 2013/2014 Christmas arc ran into March/April, and we were all chill with that. Definitely no shame in January.
It is a little weird to think about, though, because we basically only had two major arcs between last year’s Christmas and this year’s.
