It feels good to see him again. Even if only in an imagine spot.
I miss Brett. He’s the perfect “He’s an asshole, but he’s our asshole!” character.
Something’s just occurred to me. How did they get photos of some of those people? Or are those drawings in-universe?
Id argue drawings.
They all cut off at the bottom in this wavey thing, one of them has hearts free floating around her head and none of them have backgrounds so in the context of whats going on I would say they are probably drawings one of them made.
If that’s the case, in universe, those are some damn detailed drawings.
Id chalk that up to suspension of disbelief.
Maybe Sammy boy just has some really good art skills.
Sam is based on Brian, so I think he’s got some artsy skills. Although, unlike Brian, he probably just tends to use it more for random things than for webcomicings.

Wow I finally caught up, but why at such a sad point?
I really like the comic, especially since it made me want to play even more Pen&Paper.
I totally understand Sams situation, cause my main group is in the same situation, since 2 of the group are away for a year and the rest of us is busy with university.
I’m only a player, but it still makes me sad.
As long as we’re on this subject, I’ll be moving down to Pittsburgh, PA soon. Anyone happen to know of a gaming group looking for new players down thataway? Table top, LARP… something other than those two?
You’re gonna have to explain what you mean by gaming group then, because unless you’re counting war games like Warmachine or Warhammer as “not tabletop”, I don’t know what kind of gaming group you mean.

could be wrong but i don’t think he was saying i want something other than those two, i think he was saying he’d be up for something other than those two too, he just doesn’t know what something other then those two would be.

I read the whole comic while on vacation in Argentina. I’m still dealing with the hangover of finally catching up in a few days on something that’s been out for 4 years and is now apparently part of me. So yeah…You’re inside me now.

I think we can safely assume that the Nine Hells will freeze over before that happens.
Yeah. I if were a gm, I would sooner have a rabid owlbear maul my testicles than have a player like dove in my group.
I foresee Brett returning for a special Christmas strip.
