I wonder if Carlos is running with Claremont Rules – talking is allowed at any time, even in combat.
It’s the best way to run a supers game. Especially if you forbid tactical discussions, but allow lengthy expositions of the story to date.

actually. isnt meltdown female? why am i suddenly envisioning Boom-Boom 20 years older and bitter about being dumped from X-Force, main X-contininuity, and then finding out that new mutants got a volume 2 series while X-terminators remains largely forgotten (cuz well..it was bad and all..)

I believe it’s a thing Brian’s working on. As far as the comic goes, this is Carlos’ game I believe.
Carlos is setting the bar here so far. I’m really digging this. Thanks for the tip, as i spent a good amount of time trying to find Andromeda X in various stores.

Mind… He still has a head in his hand. Fling it at her face. Even with the super melty heat, she’ll get a faceful of liquid robot. Since she’s probably heat resistant*, it’d be like getting hit with a water balloon.
*In supers games, a startling number of folks are NOT immune to the energies they can project.
Of course he bugged out. He’s saving himself for the boss fight at the end.
Re: Comics – I know you’ve been under a lot of pressure and taking some flak for posting frequency. I just want to say that reading your comic for me is not tied to the frequency. It’s very much about the quality. I love your drawing style, the colors, and the vivid scenes. I love the stories you tell. Take your time boss. This stuff is too good to be rushed or stressed.
