Hypothesis: he’s projecting a hologram to direct her ire away from his actual position. The fact that he was in the “bacta tank” after their last encounter, though, suggests that he took the direct brunt of the blast that time.
I don’t think he’s been a projection the whole time, there’s the sweat holding his hair down in the first panel of last page (before the pixels) but he’s back in “ready for my close-up†appearances once the pixels appear. Projection in front of himself, followed by scurrying away while meltdown is distracted, or straight up teleportation while leaving the illusion behind to cause meltdowns meltdown. Either way, I’m about 99% sure he’s been there for at least part of the fight.
Hollywood’s a tech-based hero, so besides enhanced strength and durability (not to Bronco’s levels, but otherwise why would he be the ‘on call’ at the vault?) I’d judge that his power set relies mainly on holographic imaging and projection for infiltration and distraction. He’s a tech-based Illusionist.
I think he is a issulionist based on Hologramms. The first time at least he underestimated the kind of firepower the enemy was bringing. Meltdown blew off a part of hte building. Likely Holywoods hiding place was still in the blast radius/affected by it. This time he is propably aiming farther away from the direction he is in.
So in the last comic Hollywood said I hate this at 1st I figured he meant the emotional trama he is doing to meltdown now looking at this it makes me wonder if it was meant as that and the fact that he is sacrificing another body what if Hollywood is a AI and can use bodies or machines as kinda stunt doubles.

Super curious what’s up with Hollywood’s pixelation and how it ties to him (likely) surviving two of Meltdown’s nuclear blasts.

That would also make sense to how he was able to “digitize” his appearance to look like a henchman.

I don’t think so. In the prologue there was a panel showing him getting dressed. If he was just a projection he’d beam himself to wherever he needed
