Well… technically the heroes came and wrecked shit, and now they can’t save everyone from the wrecked shit. So I’d say the henchmen have a right to be a bit miffed. I mean from the point of view of the henchmen the heroes just ruined everything. The mooks probably only joined for the dental, they aren’t ready to die for King Chronos’ cause.

Brian, is Carlos punishing Trevor for being drunk? By throwing a wrench into his drunken pantsless party plan ny re-enacting how Luke’s escape from the second Death Star should have ended?
I mean, it’s not exactly being unreasonable with the punishment. It doesn’t seem like this is meant to be a straightforward saturday Morning Cartoon no-plot Hero Show. Seems like this is going to go a bit past the ‘villain of the week’ quality level, or at least have a better threatened arc.
Also he did pull a triple-botch on the cards, so it was pretty much inevitable that his plan was gonna suffer a terminal flaw somewhere.
I thought that was only a metaphor for lying about his state of drunkiosity.
