Then it turns out Carlos left to travel abroad, the jizz-envelope is left to absorb ambient bacteria, and Carlos comes back nine months later to find a homunculus CHUD-baby eating the lint out of his dryer.
…I…I almost get the feeling that there is a story about that envelope, as Sam is giving Charlie what I’d call “A Look” and the fact he’s added “Allegedly.”
Sam had some bad groups in the past…

these guys aren’t so bad, they only go toe to toe with superpowered baddies occasionally and if they dealt with Dove in a more permanent manner they wouldn’t have to worry about him.
When they’re not discussing sending him DNA samples as an invitation? 🙂
Or perhaps Sam could write Carlos a letter. Do people still do that?

I’m still betting Carlos will be unavailable and they’ll have to look elsewhere.
And that’s hedging my bet. I really think there’s a good chance the new player will be Grey.
